Gallan & Grit / Working together

A clear plan.
A good beginning.

The details that help an event or creative project run smoothly, from your first enquiry to the things you take away.

From enquiry to confirmed booking

Sending a brief starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, place a paid order or confirm a price. Your receipt reference confirms that the brief was received.

Before proceeding, agree the scope, availability, price, any taxes and travel charges, payment schedule and delivery plan in writing with us. Your accepted quote or booking agreement contains the project-specific terms. If something is unclear or missing, ask us to confirm it before paying or approving production.

For events & CLOCK IT keepsakes

Share the venue, schedule, expected guest count and keepsakes you have in mind. The plan should confirm station space, access and setup time, power or connectivity needs, quantities, collection arrangements and what happens to orders that cannot be collected on the day.

Check names, dates, spelling, artwork and the approved crop before personalized production begins. Screen previews are a guide; colour, finish and appearance can vary with the selected material and printing process. Tell us about a problem with a finished item and include your order reference so we can review it.

If digital access is included, check its expiry on your delivery page or booking details and save any offered downloads in time. An expired link is not a promise that all related files have been deleted. Read about access and retention.

For business & property content

Agree the filming location, access permissions, shot priorities, final deliverables, formats, intended use, revision scope and delivery dates before the shoot. Let us know who can approve the work and whether anyone appearing on camera needs a separate release.

Confirm whether raw files, additional edits, licensed music, paid-ad use or other usage rights are included in the agreed scope. Aerial capture depends on a suitable location, permissions, weather and safe operating conditions; discuss a ground-based alternative when planning.

Changes, cancellations & problems

Contact us as soon as plans change. Rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, extra work and changes after artwork approval are handled under the terms agreed for your booking and applicable consumer rights. Confirm any deposit requirements and cancellation or refund deadlines in your booking agreement before accepting it.

For a delivery problem, damaged item, incorrect personalization or missing digital access, email hello@gallanandgrit.ca with your reference and a description of the issue. Avoid posting private delivery links publicly. We will review the order and discuss the available next step.

Examples, permissions & privacy

Work labelled as a studio concept or generated study illustrates a creative direction. It is not presented as a completed client commission. Your project’s agreed scope and approved artwork determine what we make for you.

Please provide only media, artwork and branding you are authorized to use. Permission to make your order is separate from permission to feature it publicly. Our privacy information explains project and guest information, digital access and how to contact us about a request.
